rude or polite?
ちぐはぐな文章ですが。。。
Hello. Today I'm gonna write about what politeness is or how we are called rude/polite .
Well, I was taught one of my bad things of my personality yesterday. It was like that I sometimes unconciously(?) told other people around me about bad thigns, so then they off course felt bad/got to dislike me.
The reason why I noticed this is I had conversation with my friend as follows:
"Did you remember when we talked about an internet connection that we agreed to contract with some internet provided company?"
"Yeah."
"When I heard from you, 'I am used to suiting this non-internet life.', I felt you didn't like to contract for the internet."
"Oh, I didn't intend as you said. I agreed the contract before. I just wanted to say it was not so bad for me to live without internet as I was used to."
"Hmm, your personality on this point might make your friends dislike you."
As aboves, it's bad and a japanese way that it's hard for me to be used to understanding, I think.
It's really difficult for me to correct this badness. I just now remember my half-Japanese friend Mi-kun talked like this: "In the case of companies, people in Japan tend to think both bad and good sides of the others and they want to correct the bad things and also want to improve the good things. But in Aus we don't do like that. Because we think we can't correct the badness and it's waste of time. So, we just wanna improve the good things of people."
When I heard this, I agreed with him!
When I told above first story when my friends and I talked about rudness of people from other countries, I also said, "I think I'm sometimes very rude.".
Oh, I'm sorry but I can't write this whole story because of no time. But, It's OK.
PS after I wrote this, I went to StarBucks and tookaway(correct?) a flat white. It's been a long time since I went to coffee shops last. It was very yummy. I don't know why the taste was very different from instant coffee. I found again I love coffee.
